I’m pleased to announce that last night we flipped the switch, and the brand new site for Karl Slezak Eventing went live.

Karl’s site is a custom design, and is built upon my favourite platform, WordPress. We chose WordPress because it enables Karl to easily update his site when he’s on the road. He’ll be sending updates throughout the season. There’s a lot of great content to explore as well – I know I learned a lot about equestrian eventing while developing this site. Have a look and let us know what you think.

Earlier this morning, during one of my thrice-daily checks of versiontracker.com, an app in the list caught my eye. It’s called Layers, and it allows you to take screengrabs of your entire screen (or web pages) and capture each individual element within them as layers in a Photoshop document.

In yet another bit of exciting news, earlier this week we launched a brand new WordPress-based site for Barb Murphy (aka Barbara’s Shop), a graphic designer based out of Moncton, New Brunswick. Barb has been a fixture of the design community in southeast New Brunswick for years, but this is her first proper website, and I couldn’t have been happier to be a part of the launch.
